PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Finish basement -- Replace sliding doors for French doors,
enlarge existing windows, extensive lighting and electrical work, HVAC & plumbing work
[incl. sewer ejector], central air conditioning, all new laundry room, large custom shower
with built-in seat, extensive tiling work, guest bedroom, home theatre area, pool table
area, ping pong table area, walk-in closets, cedar closet and a large unfinished storage
area. But perhaps the most outstanding eye-catcher of this basement is the all stainless
steel custom wet bar. Also noticeable is the 8' x 8' glass block wall lighted from
behind to welcome you in this bright, airy 'basement'. Custom tubular stainless
steel railings to the stairs also added a nice modern touch the clients was craving for.
