PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Finish basement -- This
now walk-out basement feature a French door to the 'basement'. Re-grading
half of the backyard to accommodate the French doors was a must. A nice
retaining wall, steps & flagstone patio complimented with a cozy "chiminea"
and patio furniture also makes the backyard much more inviting. A home
theatre area, home gym area, a kitchenette with granite countertop and
undermounted sink, laundry room, full bathroom and a large storage
area completes this project. Larger and more windows, recessed lighting and
extensive electrical work, plumbing work, new heating zone, tile work were
also part of the project.

most proud of. The cold, dark storage area has been replaced by a
thoroughly modern, open, light, and comfortable new floor for our home.
Everyone who sees it comments on how they can’t believe it used to be
“just a basement”. It’s where we now spend most of our time.
We were surprised and pleased at how little intrusion
on our daily lives the project was. Your team was always polite, and
maintained a clean work area. I would not hesitate to recommend your

addition” they can be proud of. Our only problem is it makes us feel like
