As you might already know, The Beach House is now 

officially LEED Platinum Certified.

But since we're firm believers in this quote

"if  it's  not  beautiful,  it's  not  sustainable", 

the past few months we've been busy

making sure we're just that - beautiful.

 

The last newsletter we explored the upper floor;

this time around we are featuring the main floor.

In a few weeks, we will  be showcasing the wine cellar and the lower level.

The antique wood beams and posts were reclaimed 

from an old local barn.  The flooring is the very own original fir carefully removed before demolition, then reinstalled and refinished.

 

The main level also features a redesigned and
rebuilt wood-burning stone fireplace. 

 

Enjoy the chef cooking and the view all at once. 
No need to choose one over the other.

 

Experience 180 degrees sweeping waterfront views when you're confronted with the grinding work of cleaning the pots your chef left behind.

 

This area now accommodates an office space, a very unique custom lounge, and finally 'la piece de resistance', an indoor/outdoor bar, all at once that 'spills' outside.
